Includes: Single Session Supermarket Tour of Patient's Choice (1 hour shopping; 15 minute discussion; follow-up email). Before shopping, let's discuss what you are looking for and where you struggle most in making your lifestyle change. The tour will take place at the store you shop in most, so you know where everything is located. During the shopping experience, we will brainstorm recipes, combos, and I will take notes of products that you are interested in, but may not wish to buy. From there, I will send you a follow-up email of goals, recipes, next steps and different resources (such as products that your supermarket does not sell, but you may be interested in).
